Privacy Policy — Bleep!
This policy covers the Bleep! mobile party game (iOS and Android).
The short version
Bleep! has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. We don't collect, sell or share personal data. Everything the game knows about you lives on your device.
What the app stores on your device
Game settings (language, round options), team and player names you type in, which card packs you selected and unlocked, and a history of already-played cards so they aren't repeated. This data is saved only in the app's local storage, is never uploaded anywhere, and is deleted when you delete the app. Team and player names never leave your device.
Network connections
None. All card content ships inside the app — nothing is downloaded and nothing is sent. (App versions installed before August 2026 downloaded card packs from our server; that server is being retired and keeps only short-lived technical logs — your IP address and request time, held briefly for security, never used to identify you.)
Purchases
Card-pack purchases are processed entirely by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never receive your name, address or payment details — only an anonymous confirmation that a purchase was made, which is stored on your device to keep packs unlocked. For how the stores handle your data, see Apple's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.
Children
The app collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO). Because we hold no personal data about you, most of these rights are satisfied by design — but for any privacy question or request, write to m.kulinskik@gmail.com.
Changes
If the app ever starts processing more data (for example, optional accounts), this policy will be updated here first, with a new effective date.
